Video: Slow Motion SHOTGUN Slugs - (MUST SEE!)
Using a two camera set up, we started filming the same scenes in both real time and in high speed. Seeing it both ways is probably more interesting. The real time footage gives you a behind-the-scene look at how we make our videos and how goofy, grumpy, and frustrated we are. It definitely takes a lot of coordination between the camera operator and the shooter. In this video there is a bit of heckling going about my on the spot narration style, which was funny enough for me to include in the video. - We use a Flip Ultra HD and a Casio EXF1 to record high speed (600/1200FPS) footage. This allows one person to do all the filming without the use of a tripod.

Video: 10 Gauge Vs 12 Gauge Vs 20 Gauge Vs 410 (Common Shotgun Comparison Video)
This is one of the videos we made for the TV show Country Fried Home Videos with Bill Engvall. Heather shoots a 410, a 20 gauge, a 12 gauge, and a 10 gauge. She uses targets such as dishes, beer, watermelons, and TV's. The 10 gauge packs huge massive recoil with it's 3.5" turkey loads. The 12 gauge was shooting 3" slugs.
Video: homemade slug shell (loading)
yep, trying to load a slug into the shell with one hand. i casted the slug earlier out of soldiering wire using cast (clay) and a stick to make the hollow pocket on the slug (fill the cast half -way, slowly plunge the stick in the center while it's still liquid, done). again the outer skin of the shell is separate t make the shell more versatile to different variations (slugs, buck-shots, etc). shooting might have to wait till winter because......ITS REALLY HOT AROUND HERE!!!! Warning: this load is specifically measured for my own paper shotgun. do not attempt this unless you have great deal of basic firearm knowledge (games don't count). attempting what you saw without proper tests (a lot of tests) and calculations could lead to injuries or even death. Video: 870 Defensive Shotgun Modification by Wranglerbarn
The misconceptions surrounding the defensive shotgun could easily fertilize California's Imperial Valley for months, if not years. Such statements as "Use a shotgun--you can't miss" or "My 12 gauge will cover that wall" are plain BS. The stuff Hollywood puts out is even more misleading. For the record, you can easily miss with a shotgun, and the pattern covers only very small walls at short yardage. Cinematic scatterguns may lift grown men completely off their feet or stop large cars in their tracks, but real ones don't do anything of the kind. Nevertheless, the shotgun remains an excellent choice of armament for use in home, camp or ranch defense--just about anywhere concealment is not an issue. Shotguns have a long history in combat roles. They have proven effectiveness in that they launch multiple projectiles. When the sportsman swings his long-barreled Browning Auto-5 at the leader in a wedge of high-flying Canadas, he is using the multiple-projectile concept to increase the probability of a hit. But when he triggers the same firearm at an armed intruder in his home, he is trying for terminal effectiveness--a centered hit on the intruder where all of the pellets strike vital areas. The point is simple--proper selection of a fighting shotgun and effective ammunition, combined with training, give the defensive shooter one of the most devastating firearms possible. In this article we'll spend a little time on ammo but mostly look into choosing an appropriate shotgun for ...
Video: DIY: How to make BALLISTIC GEL!
This video tutorial shows you how to make Ballistic Gel, the same stuff that the Mythbusters crew use to test out weapons! Ballistic Gel is about the same density as human flesh so it is used to simulate human flesh in weapons testing to see how potent a weapon is. You can use this to test out the power of all of your guns. Check out my other videos!
